realworld-travel is simple and secure: just follow the procedure
outlined below.</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2">1. When you
have selected the adventure that you are interested in, please <a href="mailto:enquiries@realworld-travel.co.uk" target="_top">e-mail
</a>us your enquiry, either with the special form provided, or by
normal e-mail. (A link to the form is provided under every itinerary,
or click <a href="http://www.4real.co.uk/forms/bookenquiry2.html" target="_top">here</a>.)
Upon receipt, we will e-mail you back within one working day to
acknowledge your enquiry. </font> </p>
<p><font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2">2. In conjunction
with the relevant specialist operator, we will then check the availability
of the tour, and e-mail you the <a
href="http://www.rwtravel.com/bookcond.html" target="_top">booking
conditions</a>, a confirmation itinerary and quote, relevant
information and a date on which the requested itinerary/travel arrangements
will be held until. </font>
<p><font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2">If you have
further questions about the itinerary then please feel free to e-mail
us. </font>
<p><font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2">3. To confirm
your reservation, simply print off the information from your computer,
sign the <a href="bookingform.html" target="top">booking form</a>
and return it by post by the option date, enclosing your deposit
or payment depending on the departure date. </font>
<p><font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2">4. Upon receipt
of your booking, a confirmation invoice will be e-mailed to you
confirming your reservation, and with additional background information
to help you enjoy your trip. </font>
<p><font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2">Payment reminders
will be e-mailed to you at the relevant time, normally just before
the full payment deadline 8 weeks before departure. </font>
<p><font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2">Your tour voucher/s
will be sent to you 2-3 weeks before departure, together with any
relevant air tickets. </font>
